He has experience developing world-class products and has built a positive reputation with satisfied clients in the USA, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. On any given day, you will find Fathi working in various capacities throughout project lifespans, whether directly participating in CST team processes or in meetings to assess client needs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
Dr. Mark Sivy leads CST’s training, learning and talent development initiatives. In doing so, he infuses leading edge learning theory, technology, and methodologies to create a variety of engaging face-to-face, online and blended learning opportunities. He’s an internationally known expert in the areas of human performance improvement, e-learning, instructional design, virtual learning environments and educational leadership, whether for academic institutions or corporations. Mark’s motivation and success come from his desire to empower and enlighten the learner through personalized interactive learning experiences. Mark Sivy holds a B.S. in Geology, a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction, and an Ed.D in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Instructional Systems Technology (Human Learning and Performance).
Tomoko guides global branding, graphic designs, events, and customer relations. Having been employed in both Asia and the Middle East as an international branding agent, she has developed her skills and talents while developing solutions for companies such as Rolex Japan, Johnson & Johnson and government entities. She has studied Economics in Tokyo and Visual Communications in Los Angeles.
The Public Authority for Investment Promotion & Export Development. CST offered a two-day cross-disciplinary fully hands-on learning event at Muscat Youth Summit 2012. The workshop provided interactive skills development that incorporated technological and entrepreneurial learning and promoted road safety.
Al Hayat Association. For this Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), CST co-sponsored the Walk4Life campaign by providing the organization with its social media and SEO services.
Sakura-Kai. This charity event was held to raise funds for the victims of the 3.11.2013 tsunami in Japan. CST and SNK Productions supported the “Save Japan, Pray for Japan” initiative in Oman that was led by Sakura-Kai, an association under the Oman & Japan friendship association. NACA commissioned a CST virtual environment to develop public knowledge concerning its services and their Mobile Mammogram Unit. To do this, CST designed and built a learning simulation that replicated the real environment and presented interactive information. Additionally, CST created a related educational video.
